Best oil change service in West Chester, Ohio (OH) 2024

It takes a lot to wow me, but I am just absolutely wowed by Oil Express - West Chester - Tylersville Road. I am a customer for life now. They have gone above and beyond making things right for my bad oil change. Not only did they tow my car, replace the faulty oil filter and lost oil, clean the oil out of my car, but now my next oil change is on them AND they are paying a company to come and power wash my entire driveway to remove all the oil. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough if you need an oil change. I’ve been a customer since I bought my car in 2005 and have gone there almost exclusively since. Their customer service and willingness to make things right has exceed any and all expectations I had. It’s rare to even find a company that genuinely cares once you leave their place of business but they honestly do. Again- wowed. 10/10. (Pic of my driveway for reference, and yes.
