I stopped in a few days ago for an oil change, engine and cabin filter, and windshield wipers. The paperwork had the initials ROJ on it. This is the only place that has actually topped off my fluids when i’ve gotten an oil change, and i drive my car for a living so I was really appreciative to hear a verbal confirmation that he did that for me. I also had been having problems with my hood latch and he fixed that for me without even asking. I’ll definitely continue coming and would recommend to anyone i know ! much appreciated. It takes a lot to wow me, but I am just absolutely wowed by Oil Express - West Chester - Tylersville Road. I am a customer for life now. They have gone above and beyond making things right for my bad oil change. Not only did they tow my car, replace the faulty oil filter and lost oil, clean the oil out of my car, but now my next oil change is on them AND they are paying a company to come and power wash my entire driveway to remove all the oil. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough if you need an oil change. I’ve been a customer since I bought my car in 2005 and have gone there almost exclusively since. Their customer service and willingness to make things right has exceed any and all expectations I had. It’s rare to even find a company that genuinely cares once you leave their place of business but they honestly do. Again- wowed. 10/10. (Pic of my driveway for reference, and yes. It is that long.)

Got right in and got the oil changed. They did not try to sell any filters that I did not need and they were very fast. It was a very pleasant experience.

Just got my oil changed and I gave the guy a coupon and asked if he took the oil express coupon for the becket location he said yes it was for 19 dollars then a different guy comes over and says my total is 30 something and I said no it was a coupon for 19 he said no it wasn't so he went over to the trash and got it out and then said total is 22 ok but how about iam sorry that I pretty much called you a lier very rude.

After a recent oil change, I noticed I had a small leak that developed several days after my change. I stopped in to see if they could take a look. In less than two minutes, they diagnosed one of my gaskets did not seal properly. They replaced that seal and also replaced the drain plug, drained the oil (about a week old) and replaced the oil...all in less than 10 minutes. They sent me on my way with no charge and were very friendly through the whole process. I have been going to this location for years, and have always received stellar service. Every one of their techs seems to feel they were created to do the work they are doing. They are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. While I have been pleased with them for years, it was the speed and professionalism they demonstrated with this most recent visit that prompted this review. Nice work guys! Service: Oil change
