Best bank in Westerville, Ohio (OH) 2024

I have been with this bank for over 15 years. They have slow service. The personal bankers are not helpful. They don't know their products. They miss lead you on interest rates. I sent in all documents and then they say by the way your interest rate will be a point higher because of something you told them up front. Why didn't they tell me that up front. Let me go through the whole process then tell me. Time to find a new bank. ~Mary
