Best cell phone store in Wilmington, Ohio (OH) 2024

Aaron was amazing to work with from the moment I walked into the store. He took the time to listen to my needs and then worked continuously to give me the best deal possible. They never answer the phone. And they try to tell you that you can't upgrade your phone, which is a lie. Because every metro PCS store let's you upgrade. The Milford and Eastgate stores actually want to help you... ~ethan

My salesman asked if I would take a little time to post a review for the store and I was happy to help. I know how important good reviews are these days and these people deserve all the praise! Always super helpful and very friendly. The store is always clean and they are fully staffed. I've never had issues with them having something in stock like other stores do. The last time I was there I upgraded to the new iPhone 13 and got a great trade in even though my phone was completely cracked on the front and back. They set everything up for me and I was in and out in under an hour. Fast and friendly service from a great crew is all you can ask for. ~Lauren
