Aaron was amazing to work with from the moment I walked into the store. He took the time to listen to my needs and then worked continuously to give me the best deal possible. He was super easy to work with and made it feel like a family instead of another wireless shop. I could not have expected a better experience at this location.

My husband and myself arrived at the store about 10 min till close after a bad experience at Verizon. We were met with a warm welcome by Brooklyn the sales rep. She was so patient with us even when we arrived close to closing time. She took the time to explain our options and helped us through the whole process! Brooklyn was so professional and very informative. We only have good things to say about our experience with at&t!

Do not waste your time here. Spent a day and a half trying to get set up through FirstNet. Wasted my time and money here. I had went ahead and paid for the tax on my new devices before all the complications. I’m still waiting on my refund after two weeks. The manager here has no clue what she was doing and definitely does not know how to deal with customers appropriately.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE. I had purchased a wireless home device from this store on a trial basis. I returned the device three days later when i knew it was not going to meet my needs. That part went okay but the AT & T company continued to bill me monthly fees for the device. When I went back to the store for help, they refused to help, saying it was my and AT & T's problem. When AT & T told me that the store needed to correct the problem, I went back again to get help and was basically "thrown out of the store". It appears they sell electronic devices but provide zero customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STORE.

Please note that RON was my contact and not "Aaliyah" as indicated in the text to me. RON was terrific! He was professional, patient, kind, a great educator for m minimal knowledge on iphones. RON took his time to make sure that I fully understood each package and special features. What a WONderful employee you have on staff!!!!!

For a store that makes it's money selling electronics, their crap never works. Their computers never work and good luck paying a bill there. Most of the time they can't find my info even though they are holding my bill and account number in their hands. And the rare times they do find my info, they can't get their credit card machine to work. If they are selling electronics then it's probably a good idea to make sure their own store electronics work first!
