I would like to thank everyone I spoke to this evening (12 hours after renting our uHaul) as you presented exceptional customer service during our time of need. We had a family emergency in the middle of loading our uHaul and needed to extend our rental by one day. Keep in mind that this was at 7:15pm on a Saturday and they were able assist us in just a few minutes.
