I would like to thank everyone I spoke to this evening (12 hours after renting our uHaul) as you presented exceptional customer service during our time of need. We had a family emergency in the middle of loading our uHaul and needed to extend our rental by one day. Keep in mind that this was at 7:15pm on a Saturday and they were able assist us in just a few minutes. This took a massive weight off our chests during this move as we could not have completed it if it was not for them.

This place is a whole in the wall. It is attached onto a bigger warehouse and cramped. The employees were pleasant enough and we had no complaints with service.
