They never answer the phone. And they try to tell you that you can't upgrade your phone, which is a lie. Because every metro PCS store let's you upgrade. The Milford and Eastgate stores actually want to help you... ~ethan

This location has a better camping and outdoor department than the big Walmart I shop at in Columbus. I really wanted this Teen Titan Robin in the crain machine but he was buried in a corner and basically unwinnable. ~gerbilbill

I have shopped at this location for several decades. Not much has changed in that time and that is a good thing. Crew is always courteous and helpful. Prices are on par with other service stations and you have the option of fresh ice cream as a bonus. They have probably the best magazine rack of any gas station. Issues might be older and out of date but they have a variety of good stuff. ~A

My salesman asked if I would take a little time to post a review for the store and I was happy to help. I know how important good reviews are these days and these people deserve all the praise! Always super helpful and very friendly. The store is always clean and they are fully staffed. I've never had issues with them having something in stock like other stores do. The last time I was there I upgraded to the new iPhone 13 and got a great trade in even though my phone was completely cracked on the front and back. They set everything up for me and I was in and out in under an hour. Fast and friendly service from a great crew is all you can ask for. ~Lauren

Got a one-way rental truck with unlimited miles for less than Budget rental, Uhaul, or Enterprise. I definitely recommend them for anyone moving a long distance or looking for a one-way rental. Customer service people were very accommodating, they gave me a free day to unload the truck, and were beyond helpful when booking in one metropolitan area and returning in another. ~Rebecca
