Put in a request to see if a vehicle was still available online. Shortly was contacted by Eddie via txt. Set up an appointment. Show up and Eddie had already had the Tahoe pulled up and waiting for me to check out. Eddie was easy going. No pressure. Original was going to just check out the Tahoe and ended up bringing it home that day with in a few hours. Very fair on trade in and hole process went very smoothly. Every one was pleasant. Would definitely recommend dealing with Eddie and this dealership. ~John

2days ago.(I would NOT recommend getting a mount and balance job. Inexperienced and careless. Every single rim of mine was gashed beyond repair. I will never go back or refer anyone ever!) TODAY..I would have never expected a company to reach out to a customer in away that Van's Auto did, to make things right. They far exceeded my expectations and some. Not only did they waste no time fixing the issue with my rims they also generously offered me $100 off my next service. Thank you Van's Auto and the kind staff.
