Best mortgage lender in Ponca City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

The very large lady(may be branch manager but she's too rude to ask anything) that sits at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional and had been extremely rude the first time dealing with her and very unfriendly /rude today. This bank is a nightmare. Hard to do anything at this branch but no problems with the main bank. Very friendly and professional at the main bank. ~Tracy
