I went in a few days ago to get some information on upgrading my phone. It was supper busy but I finally had a worker tell me he would be with me in a few minutes. A few minutes later he came up to me and stated he couldn’t help me because he didn’t know there were other customers waiting in the cue. He told me it would be at least 20 minutes before I would get assistance. I stated that was okay and I would just come back at a later date. Before I left he did mention how there was online/ app promotions and how I could get a newer iPhone for free. I told him I wanted to buy the phone out right, not monthly payments and he assured me that the promotion would still be valid. I was thrilled. Fast forward to today, I went back in to try to get more information and help with the app since that app isn’t very easy to navigate. They were all standing around on their phones. No big deal no one was in there. However, I explained how I had come in a few days ago and what promotion I was told about. The girl I was speaking to tried to brush me off stating how the store employees can’t assist with online promotions since it’s completely separate and she had no idea what I was talking about. Which I understand, however just a few days before an employee in store explained the promotion. I then saw the guy that helped me and pointed him out. He came over and proceeded to look up the promotion and then change what he told me the other day. He said today, that I would have to do monthly payments or add a completely new line to the account. Which didn’t make sense because that is not what he told me the other day. I then just thanked them and left since there was nothing more that could be done. Overall, not a fan of this location or their customer service skills. Only reason I went here is because it’s close and my car is in the shop so I couldn’t drive to Tulsa. However, I think I will definitely stick to Tulsa locations from now on for any further assistance. ~Taylor

I just want to give a shot out to the guy that helped me with my mattress and recliner purchase. He was awesome, patient and very helpful. We asked a lot of that man and he delivered every time with no fuss and a smile on his face very nice man even helped us load everything and was patient with that as well. ~Jennifer

The staff at the Stillwater branch is an amazing group of guys. They go above and beyond to make sure the customers are well taken care of. It wouldn't be possible without the amazing guidance from the store manager, Louis. ~Vicky

Staff and the local painters were helpful. I purchased 4 different colors in quart sizes to try out in different areas of my home. I'll return for more paint in the colors I chose or new colors! So excited to see how they look! ~Paula

We are new Cowboy Parents and it was a real headache getting through, all the construction was not labeled far enough ahead, and caused confusion on where to turn. But it's awesome that Murphys can keep their prices lower than most every other brand. Can really count on Murphys to never disappoint. ~Gerry

The pharmacy automated refill service by telephone is not working. The robot voice asks for the RX number and then says that she will connect me to a pharmacist. But that never occurs. It seems the phone is dead or not working properly. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager to let them know there was a problem with the pharmacy refill service. I was put on hold and 20 minutes later, no one had answered the phone. Useless. ~Kitty

Good place to grab what you need to keep the fitness machine rolling! Good people own the place and good people work there. If ever you have a problem with something you purchased from the store, say something to the guys and they will work it out and make you happy! ~Nick

It has an amazing selection of clothes and great deals! I once bought a comforter from here that had carpet beetles, so just be cautious when buying stuff along those lines. Otherwise I've always got great deals with clothes :) ~Biancca
