Long wait for pharmacy that was not sure what they were doing took about an hour for them to get it right.. don't recommend this pharmacy at all..rude people behind counter also..they think everyone is a drug addict at pharmacy they should be ashamed

The pharmacy automated refill service by telephone is not working. The robot voice asks for the RX number and then says that she will connect me to a pharmacist. But that never occurs. It seems the phone is dead or not working properly. So I called back and asked to speak to the manager to let them know there was a problem with the pharmacy refill service. I was put on hold and 20 minutes later, no one had answered the phone. Useless.

Inaccurate, slow, and extremely annoying/frustrating system AND staff, they push to give you the cheap generic prescription, transfer you to another pharmacy when THEY RUN OUT, and can't, i repeat, CANNOT seem to do any of it on YOUR schedule, i wasn't aware being employed in a pharmacy involved rocket science but these people excel beyond ALLL at wasting everyones time, and (especially when you get P*SSED OFF) some get b****chy about it too.

Horrible respond time to prescription processing and even worse when it comes time to pick them up. If it wasn't for the excessive bs id have to do id go to ANY OTHER PHARMACY

I was given prescription for a pain medication by a doctor due to an injury at work. I gave them almost 2 hours to fill the prescription. I get there and they told me due to my insurance not being active they chose not to fill it. I just switched insurance I told them it is covered by workmen’s comp. they told me it will be at least a half hour to an hour before they filled it. The medication literally costs $30-$40. I live out of town so now I have to wait till tomorrow to get my medication. This is the last time I am ever using Walgreens pharmacy. I have never in my life had so many issues getting meds filled. This was not the first time something like this has happened.

Their phone system is very inconvenient, you have to spend ten minutes trying to get around the robot to talk to an actual person. I was calling around looking for the most affordable place to refill my prescription. I had gotten a letter saying I could get it there for $15, but the goodrx app said 50. When I tried to get it, they wanted to charge me $115!!! Don't go to them, they don't want to hear from you or help you. I had muuuch better service from Walmart.

Such an awful awful pharmacy. I have never been to a Walgreens with this slow of service. I waited an hour in the drive-through line (the pharmacy is drive-through only for some reason) and I get to the window and they say that my prescription isn’t even ready, even though the app said it would be ready by 10am that morning. I came back the next day and waited another hour. I will no longer be sending my prescriptions here.

The pharmacy is slow, the employees working in the pharmacy are rude, and consistently and constantly have an attitude. Might as well not even call in a prescription in advance, because you will still be stuck waiting "10-15 minutes", which really means at least an hour, regardless. Absolutely terrible in all regards.

8/9/21 was inside at pharmacy window with granddaughter that just left the Stillwater ER. Granddaughter has been ill for last two years and was again placed on antibiotics. Granddaughter decided to get her first dose of COVID vaccine due to her continued illnesses. I inquired at the pharmacy window if she could get the vaccine because she was 19. I did check with her again if she wanted the vaccine, she said, "can I wait." I know my granddaughter and I know how to communicate with her. And I do know that vaccine was her decision. Before I could discuss "waiting," with my granddaughter, the Walgreen's clerk, young girl with short brown hair, spoke up and said, "you're 19 years old, you can do what you want and you don't have to take the vaccine." My granddaughter then left the pharmacy window. Your clerk was very happy about what she had just done. I think Walgreen employees should not offer any opinions unless asked and I did not ask her opinion.

Called to get my prescription filled. They call/txt me that my prescription is available. I go to pick it up and they are closed. I found out they close at 6 on Saturday, but they called/txt me my prescription was ready at 5:55. I got there a little after 6. I am currently having an asthma attack because I could not pick up my inhaler
