The store here in Stillwater has good people willing to do their best. Thing is they are the friendly face to cover horrible business antics by Verizon. For instance, with my new phone and service came seeing up the new phone. We all know how many,"accepts" you hit in that process. Yeah they snuck in a$20 a month fee that I did not realize I accepted. The first thing they did to me a a new customer is trick me.

Horrible service, just go online or call. This store just wants to sell you things and get you out the door as fast as possible. Both managers that I interacted with were confrontational and no help whatsoever. I’ve never left a google review before but I feel it’s necessary in this case.

I really wish people would know the the products better in all Verizon stores. If it is not an Apple product you are goofed. Samsung they just look at you and say I don't know how to fix you.

I went in a few days ago to get some information on upgrading my phone. It was supper busy but I finally had a worker tell me he would be with me in a few minutes. A few minutes later he came up to me and stated he couldn’t help me because he didn’t know there were other customers waiting in the cue. He told me it would be at least 20 minutes before I would get assistance. I stated that was okay and I would just come back at a later date. Before I left he did mention how there was online/ app promotions and how I could get a newer iPhone for free. I told him I wanted to buy the phone out right, not monthly payments and he assured me that the promotion would still be valid. I was thrilled. Fast forward to today, I went back in to try to get more information and help with the app since that app isn’t very easy to navigate. They were all standing around on their phones. No big deal no one was in there. However, I explained how I had come in a few days ago and what promotion I was told about. The girl I was speaking to tried to brush me off stating how the store employees can’t assist with online promotions since it’s completely separate and she had no idea what I was talking about. Which I understand, however just a few days before an employee in store explained the promotion. I then saw the guy that helped me and pointed him out. He came over and proceeded to look up the promotion and then change what he told me the other day. He said today, that I would have to do monthly payments or add a completely new line to the account. Which didn’t make sense because that is not what he told me the other day. I then just thanked them and left since there was nothing more that could be done. Overall, not a fan of this location or their customer service skills. Only reason I went here is because it’s close and my car is in the shop so I couldn’t drive to Tulsa. However, I think I will definitely stick to Tulsa locations from now on for any further assistance.

Everyone was pleasant and courteous, and they did an excellent job of ignoring my service dog. Michelle, on the other hand, appears to be the only one who isn't pleasant or enthusiastic about going to work. He seemed to be the manager and judged me when I came in with my service dog and had someone else handle my issue while he wasn't doing anything, and he was harsh to a sweet old lady about how she could sit and wait because everyone else was busy.

I have been a Verizon customer for almost 2 years now and have always had the best customer experience from your representative, Julius. I went into the Stillwater store today super frustrated after another representative didn't follow through with rectifying a situation he should have made top priority. This representative was there today and again made me feel like he didn't take the issue seriously before passing it on to Julius and leaving the store. With zero hesitation, Julius jumped into action and resolved the issue with nothing but kindness, patience, and respect. I truly appreciate him and think he is a huge asset to this store. Julius is the representative that assisted me when I made the switch to Verizon and I will no longer work with anyone except him, even if I have to wait!! He's that remarkable!! Thank you again for your exceptional service, Julius!!

I was having the worst and most frustrating day. I went into Verizon expecting to be there for hours trying to get my phone fixed but Julius completely turned my day around! He took great care of me and had me in and out of the door with a new phone in about 30 min.

Do not work with the manager Dee. Have anyone else help you but her. She is incompetent, and has horrible customer service skills. Went in there the other day to upgrade our phones. Dee messed up and ended up burning the sim in my apple watch and refuses to resolve the issue. On top of that Dee started to ring things up that we didn't even want or ask for, she just assumed. If you are going to upgrade or have anything done to your account, I highly recommend not letting Dee help you.

Went to the store yesterday- dealt with Michelle I believe. Did not take the time to verify I had my phone backed up before activating and deleting ALL MY previous info. I said I think it’s backed up by the cloud but I’m not sure . It was not- I mentioned this and she said it will take a while to load . 1 1/2 days later it’s NOT THERE. - I have lost sooooo much !!!! Photos, contacts from last 5 years etc. I should have not had this problem. My husband bought a iPhone 12 2 weeks ago in Edmond and they actually took the time to connect his phone to the new phone so that everything would transfer. It literally only took about 15 minutes and saved him tons of heartache that I am having to deal with. Our lives our on our phones and they should be more careful about just hitting delete!!! Luckily all my docs were saved on google and all my pictures except the last 6 months.
