Brought my Semi here to get the bunk fan and windshield seal fixed. A week went by and they called my company instead of me and said the truck was ready for pickup and repairs had been made. Next day I went to pick up my truck but when I tested the bunk fan it was still not working. They stated that they had replaced the fan, and that for it to work the truck engine needed to be off, even though the truck doesn’t have an APU Upon trying it that way the fan still did not work. I was told they had fixed the problem, but if that was the case it would work, I left the truck there and told them it had to be fixed before I pick it up. AC in summer is mandatory especially when I’m usually in Arizona and Nevada in the summer. It has now been almost 18 days and the bunk fan still doesn’t work. I have the thought of calling the corporate office and complain about mechanical negligence, but I will give them one last chance to prove themselves before I do. This has cost me way too much time and money ~Jedi
