Brought my Semi here to get the bunk fan and windshield seal fixed. A week went by and they called my company instead of me and said the truck was ready for pickup and repairs had been made. Next day I went to pick up my truck but when I tested the bunk fan it was still not working. They stated that they had replaced the fan, and that for it to work the truck engine needed to be off, even though the truck doesn’t have an APU Upon trying it that way the fan still did not work. I was told they had fixed the problem, but if that was the case it would work, I left the truck there and told them it had to be fixed before I pick it up. AC in summer is mandatory especially when I’m usually in Arizona and Nevada in the summer. It has now been almost 18 days and the bunk fan still doesn’t work. I have the thought of calling the corporate office and complain about mechanical negligence, but I will give them one last chance to prove themselves before I do. This has cost me way too much time and money

Wouldn't rent from these folks again if I had any other option. Booked a high roof cargo van more than a month in advance, and confirmed the booking a week in advance when they called. Show up - no high roof cargo van, but they "upgraded" me to a box truck. This is their right per the rental agreement, but I wasn't thrilled. Staff at the counter didn't know much about the trucks or vans so questioned my pushback on why a box truck was less ideal for my needs. I'd expect them to be trained to know more than just the basic spec-sheet on dimensions of the equipment. Box truck they provided had the following problems: 1) Two bad AC pressure sensors. The AC stopped working in the middle of a hot day. I had to sit in an industrial shop lot in Medford for 4 hours in 90 degree weather while the issue was fixed. Had it gone out 100 miles south on my trip, it would've been 100+ degrees with no nearby penske shops to help fix the issue. 2) suspension was nearly shot - truck visibly leaned several degrees to the driver side, and the front end bounces like a carnival ride. 3) steering pulled heavily to the right. Alignment was clearly way off. 4) cruise control was not operational. 5) truck had a strong intermittent jutter at anything over ~40mph. Absolutely no reason whatsoever for anyone to be renting out equipment in this state of disrepair. It borders on criminal negligence. I'm betting they just wanted to get it off their lot and my one-way rental provided them the opportunity. Who knows - maybe they're just this careless and don't inspect their equipment? I understand Ford Transits are currently in short supply, but if they cannot facilitate their rental, they also need to take them off the booking site.

Staff are great, very reasonable, very honest, place actually cares about doing what is right for their customers instead of taking advantage. I will always rent Penske instead over Uhaul.

Rented two 26' trucks with lift gates. Got a call at the end of the day, 3 business days before my rental, informing me that the would not have a truck with a lift gate available.

Very unsatisfactory. Non professional .Made 2 appointments to clean out our truck as a line driver,people on the phone said our truck would be outside their gate to do so,and was NOT. 2 times.Liars. A drivers time is valuable and these mechanics will never understand that or care.800 dispatch number does not work either..Some mechanic here answers the phone and says he will give the message to the service manager but does not. Professional Driver Beware.

I rented a truck 2 weeks ago from a nice young man named Logan. The photo is my charge after moving my toolbox that day, and using the truck for 2 hrs. At the time I requested a quote for the second move and scheduled today’s rental. For the same time and less mileage, I paid (I think) $135 vs. $53 a week ago. I say I think because I DONT know what my total charge will be. I waited to find out. However bec their was a line at the gas tank I couldn’t get a #. Because they haven’t release my security deposit, I’m sitting at a cool >$15 inn my checking account. Not fun. The kid at the desk was nice and respectful. But just over promised.

We had a great experience. They were very nice and professional. The truck we rented was pretty new, clean, and in good condition. They have their own gas facilities there, so you will always be able to start with a full tank. I would definitely recommend them for a moving truck rental.
