What a joke. The woman I spoke with couldn't even locate the U-Haul drop off location in Waldport, OR. I found it immediately using Google. She then tried to convince me that the Friday I intend to move out is considered a weekend day, meaning higher mileage charges for me. Is it just me or have Saturdays and Sundays ALWAYS been considered weekend days? Friday is not a weekend day - am I right?! DON'T USE THIS U-HAUL LOCATION IF YOU CHOSE TO GO WITH U-HAUL. Rip Off Central.

We rented a van to help us move small things to our home from Salem to Eugene. My husband returned it same day an hour after the desk was closed. It was a 100 degree day as usual when one moves. So if you use their app you can return without desk return after hours without a clerk. The app did not work, my husband is a computer wiz too. So we got charged an extra day of 80plus dollars. We could prove we we returned it with photos dated in front of office. So the next day my husband called and explained. Clerk said he would fix it. Nope never did… showed up on CCard. So buyer beware. These people are not honest here. Those tricky little non working apps $$$

There is a guy there that is rude and disrespect when he needs to learn customer service. I was there three times throughout the day and waws harassed the last time by this man saying that I had been there all day. Insinuating that even if I choose to I couldn't. I'm paid through the month but after that I will be taking my business elsewhere. I only chose there cause it looked nice and I'm moving from California and needed a storage to make a few trips to get everything up here. I will find out this rude guys name and post an update soon. Till then if you're reading this I would suggest looking into a friendlier facility. Have a great day...

Easiest U-Haul rental ever, but the truck was as clapped out as usual. Brakes just so so and steering very loose.

We rented this unit in anticipation of a move. Put everything in this unit that we wanted to be packed away safely. Our alarm sounded as if we accessed the unit even though our key card was not used to enter the building. Management said they get so many FALSE alarms that they don't check them. The woman that they believe robbed us entered the building with her key card a few minutes before office hours end at 7:pm. We were told by management that she has limited access to office hours ONLY for a reason unknown to us. (perhaps she is a criminal) She brought two men with her in ski masks and robbed us per the security cameras in the building. They got on top of the units and cut the cage back, used a tool to remove the door, and proceeded to rob us until after 9 pm. We did not know this until 11 days later when Chris went to the unit to get some things and found that the door wasn't locked. This woman still has a key card and access to the building as they cannot GET A HOLD OF HER. We moved out of the unit with 85% of our belongings stolen as the cage was not secured a day later. I have bit my tongue being quiet but if you have any thing of value there, GET IT OUT

Guy name Evan helped me with bringing the truck back in. Lady who checked me out said should would adjust the changes Ive made on my rental but never did. Evan was really polite and handled the situation very well and got my refund back

I tried to reserve a truck here and was told I would receive a confirmation email after the reservation. I never received the email, so I called to check on my reservation and the woman I spoke with said there wasn't one. I decided to go with Penske instead. The day of the move however, I get a text from UHaul confirming my reservation for the wrong time lol - long after the movers would have been sent home. Luckily I was able to straighten things out and wasn't charged anything, but I've had too many negative experiences with uhaul to do business with them again.
