Best van rental agency in Eugene, Oregon (OR) 2024

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Experience. I had to have an in-town (Lane County Oregon) rental car to travel between areas within my target area. The staff was absolutely awesome, professional, and a huge help getting me the perfect vehicle to suit the logistical and cargo necessities for my work. It was smooth and easy. I was also able to return my rental to a completely different location than I had rented the vehicle due to the original location being closed on the weekend. Without Extra Charges. They were Awesome!!! ~Brian

Had to go here because another driver messed up my car, the staff here were super helpful and walked me through the process. It was my first time having to rent a car, wish it had been under better circumstances. 5 stars because of how helpful they were through the process. Staff were friendly, and the car I had was largely spotless. I'll update this review once I return the car in case any first impressions get changed ~Talia

What a joke. The woman I spoke with couldn't even locate the U-Haul drop off location in Waldport, OR. I found it immediately using Google. She then tried to convince me that the Friday I intend to move out is considered a weekend day, meaning higher mileage charges for me. Is it just me or have Saturdays and Sundays ALWAYS been considered weekend days? Friday is not a weekend day - am I right?! DON'T USE THIS U-HAUL LOCATION IF YOU CHOSE TO GO WITH U-HAUL.
