Best car rental agency in Eugene, Oregon (OR) 2024

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Experience. I had to have an in-town (Lane County Oregon) rental car to travel between areas within my target area. The staff was absolutely awesome, professional, and a huge help getting me the perfect vehicle to suit the logistical and cargo necessities for my work. It was smooth and easy. I was also able to return my rental to a completely different location than I had rented the vehicle due to the original location being closed on the weekend. Without Extra Charges. They were Awesome!!! ~Brian

Had to go here because another driver messed up my car, the staff here were super helpful and walked me through the process. It was my first time having to rent a car, wish it had been under better circumstances. 5 stars because of how helpful they were through the process. Staff were friendly, and the car I had was largely spotless. I'll update this review once I return the car in case any first impressions get changed ~Talia

By far the quickest, most effortless car rental experience. I showed her my ID and she handed me the receipt with a key and the stall number, along with directions to walk the 100 feet out of the terminal and to the car. It was a beautiful Honda Accord with no scratches nor any weird smells. You don't even have to go through a rental car gate on the way out! ~Jonathan
