Horrible experience with the reservation personnel and the escalation department staff. I never experienced such a rude and disrespectful people in my life. The police that this rental place holds is discriminatory on the disability, religious and economic grounds. I was characterized as a a carjacker.

🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Experience. I had to have an in-town (Lane County Oregon) rental car to travel between areas within my target area. The staff was absolutely awesome, professional, and a huge help getting me the perfect vehicle to suit the logistical and cargo necessities for my work. It was smooth and easy. I was also able to return my rental to a completely different location than I had rented the vehicle due to the original location being closed on the weekend. Without Extra Charges. They were Awesome!!!

Needed another car, so thought of Hayden at Enterprise in Eugene, and again was treated to excellent professional customer service. I drove to autobody repair shop to get my truck, and Enterprise picked up the rental for me there. I truly couldn't have been treated better.

Buyer Beware! Rented a vehicle a few weeks ago and was uneventful. Other than the fact that there is no outside attendant to check you in and out of the parking lot, the two days of rental were smooth and I returned the car without hiccup. However, today I received a notice of damages to the car, which totally caught me off guard. The vehicle was undamaged in the time we had it for the two days. Is it possible that the vehicle was damaged at some later time and now I'm being blamed? This is a warning to future renters to keep ALL your paperwork and even consider having an counterperson from inside the terminal come inspect the vehicle. This is the first time this has happened to me and this should be a warning to all future renters

I was able to check in and pay for a full size car quickly. I had to wait about 20 minutes after that to get the car because they were still cleaning them, which I was fine with because I know rental companies are struggling with cars right now. When my car was ready the salesperson gave me a set of keys and said it is the Nissan in spot #. Once in the car and traveling to get my son moved in we realized it was not a full size car, but two classes below that. I have called Enterprise and they were supposed to refund me the difference. It has now been two weeks and I am still waiting on my refund.
