Easy to get to. Easy to or from with Uber as well. Staff were quick and helpful. Zero issues. I would use them again with no worries.

Tried renting a car here for a family vacay. Made reservation online, was sure to write down details on what payment forms were accepted, etc, so there would be no hiccups when picking up the vehicle. But on the day of departure, when I arrived at the rental counter, I was told, no, they would not accept my card for the rental guarantee. Nor would they accept cash. I had made certain the reservation information specifically stated the card I had would work, and was told the exact opposite when trying to pick up the car. And they were absolute jerks about it, too, making me feel sooo much "less than" simply because I choose not to pay out the nose for the privilege of spending my own money. Well, in future they will not get my money, that's for sure.

Had to go here because another driver messed up my car, the staff here were super helpful and walked me through the process. It was my first time having to rent a car, wish it had been under better circumstances. 5 stars because of how helpful they were through the process. Staff were friendly, and the car I had was largely spotless. I'll update this review once I return the car in case any first impressions get changed

It’s really a terrible idea to rent all electric vehicles to people assuming they have outside charging capabilities. In fact, it’s a terrible idea to rent electric cars in general. I felt like my hands were tied between the insurance company and enterprise and I wasn’t given a choice. I do not feel safe and I don’t feel safe with my kids in it. The drive train is terrible and, oh yeah, I don’t have charging capabilities unless I leave windows open at Night

The staff at the Enterprise 6th St. location in Eugene, IL is excellant. Cars are a;ways very clean and sanatized. I normally have to rent a car for a few days every 6 weeks and my experiance with this Enterprise location is always top-notch. They were able to pick me up and take me back home after I returned the car. A great service for those who are Seniors. Keep up the good work!

Hayden was great! I was in and out in a brand new jeep in 10 minutes. He couldn't have been more polite, courteous, or professional. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

Friendly staff, car detailing was not great. Lots of crumbs, pet hair between seats and rear seats had dirt from previous user. Car selection was good, easy to work with and staff communicated well. Erica was great with setting up the rental which was quick and easy, follow up and additional assistance was great. Thank you for the shuttle to office to pick up the rental, super helpful.

Had a good experience with them after Hertz rented the car I already paid for. They care about people at Enterprise. The staff was very good especially Garrett. I will always use Enterprise in the future because of the my positive experience there. They really bailed me out. Hertz people could care less.
