Best goldfish store in Lake Oswego, Oregon (OR) 2024

Really heartbroken!! I've been a regular at your store for 7 years. Today you lost me as a customer. I've always spoke to the lady with the purple hair she's always been absolutely wonderful we have always seemed to be on the same page as I rescue cats. Today she had some new employees in there and I got hollered at from a distance and I'm hard of hearing and I heard it PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE CATS being that I was a regular and the lady with the purple hair was near I figured that because I was trying to put a cat's leg back into the cage because he was upside down and twisted there was nothing wrong with that. But oh no she was there to correct me quickly that they get like that all the time. I come in there to see those babies because I love cats with everything in me I rescue them on a regular basis and I have been doing it for 13 years and it warms my heart to go into the store and see these precious little beings. But you guys ruined that for me today you ruined my day because that is the light of my day seeing those little ones. Thank you for showing me that you are not the people that I thought you were ~angie
