Best event venue in Portland, Oregon (OR) 2024

Tapas here are quite international. We enjoyed our last trip to Spain so much that we decided to get tapas. To our surprise, without any reservations we were seated in no time near the bar on a Saturday night. Ranging from Japanese tempuras to your Indian Samosas, here has it all. The portion varies quite a lot depending on the dish. The soup was so good that we ordered a second one (check my picture). The atmosphere was nice and quiet (maybe because it wasn’t crowded but I enjoyed it). There was a birthday happening next to our table but the noise level was minimal. The price was a bit on the higher end we thought. The drinks were also pretty international as well. We were in the mood for some Brazilian caipirinhas 😊 ~Harry

My husband took me here for our anniversary dinner - it exceeded our expectations. He read the wonderful reviews online and was surprised we hadn't come across this place before. The place is huge and is beautifully designed inside with a downstairs for special events. It was near-booked when he got the reservation two weeks ago so I'm glad we squeezed in! The food was absolutely delicious and service was very attentive. They were all so kind. My husband ordered a steak dish and they accidentally sent out the mushroom/vegan version. He didn't realize it until he started eating it and decided not to say anything because it was the same menu price and tasted amazing. I think the manager realized their mistake and came to correct it. My husband said don't worry about it and they asked like 3 times if he was sure haha. Then our server came by to personally apologize. Later he came by again to say they were going to remove it from our tab. THEN when they brought out our dessert they brought out their cookie dessert complimentary for our anniversary. This place just takes hospitality seriously and it shows. They take special care of you here and the dishes are pieces of art. Thanks for a memorable evening, we'll be back! Vegetarian options: Mushroom dish was delicious! Parking: Found nearby street parking. Dietary restrictions: Server specifically asked when we sat down if we had any dietary/allergy concerns. ~Kate
