This place is horrible. I came in to pick up a money gram and have been waiting for 43 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. While there are 2 staff members only one is helping customers despite the long wait time. Go anywhere else you can. ~brenda

I think the person who works here comes when they fee like it. They also take a two hour lunch, so to count on the times it says that they're open is a joke. ~A

I would not recommend Western Union to anyone! First, they charge too high commission, but that is not that bad, the worse thing, they let recipient withdraw money only in local currency and at extremely low exchange rate! I ask them to change it to US dollars, but they said there is no other option. I wanted to make it fast, so I agreed to transfer more, and proceeded with transaction, but after adding amount and my ID data, the system pulled out an error, and for uncleared reason transaction was canceled. The girl at the counter told me to contact WU to clarify situation. Which I did, after checking error code and my account, they told me something about sending an email to them and explain what just happened and ask them to evaluate me. Which is not guarantee that they will unlock my account, which by the way, I was not aware does exist. Ridiculous! I have been using WU occasionally for years! Never had any problem, no idea what had happened, but I am definitely not going to use it again! I went to MoneyGram instead, and made transfer fast, with no problem, recipients is getting it in US dollars, and on top, I paid lower commission! ~Baya
