This is the second time in recent months that they have failed to deliver my packages. First time - they said the packages were too big. Turned out to be two small lightweight boxes that I had to travel to the post office to get. When I asked them to explain, they simply apologized and made up excuses for the driver. Both packages together were maybe 15 pounds - maybe. Next time, after delivering packages to this location for years, they decided that there was no safe location to put my box. PUT IT WHERE YOU ALWAYS DO - AT THE GATE - just like everyone else has for years. No idea what they are doing there. ~Tim

Helpful, friendly, and extremely patient customer service. Knowledgeable staff ready to help you, even at 4:00 PM on a Friday. Office is closed on Saturday but they still receive & ship packages if you drop them off! ~C

Hit and miss on the expertise of the parts person. Seems that everything is special order except very basic maintenance items. If you have a few days before you need the parts Amazon will bring them to you for 25-70% less $$. 5 stars because of some above and beyond service from them a couple times recently. ~SouthCoast

I had a terrible experience with the At&t in Gresham Oregon. But when I came into this store everyone was so friendly and didn't try to rush me out! Ben helped me and he was able to fix the problems with my account and set me up properly with my new phone. I am very grateful and always come to this location from now on. ~Olivia

The gas prices were exceptional. We saved on our fill up. The prices and selection inside the store we're wonderful. The cashiers were great and knowledgeable. Areas inside the store we're clean and tidy. ~Dee

This is a local jewelry store and any time I go in there the staff is very friendly. I went in to find out if I could adjust the length on my Pandora bracelet. Unfortunately it can't be done. I also discovered that they will no longer carry Pandora items. They did have a few spacers (?) half price so I bought those. Thank you for great service as always! ~Carolyn
