The Gannaway brothers have designed and made many pieces of jewelry for me and my husband's family over the last 20-40 years, often with ideas from my husband which they turned into beautiful reality. It is always a joy to visit and be remembered. The drive from Seattle is well worth it for their expert advice.

I was so worried I would need to have my ring cut off . I walked in saying I am here to get my ring cut off . The lady Carla walked me over to the counter . She used some windex and got my ring off !! It took like 10 minutes .. She was really sweet and patient. I am so happy my ring is in one piece . I would recommend going here. Thanks again Carla !!!

This is a local jewelry store and any time I go in there the staff is very friendly. I went in to find out if I could adjust the length on my Pandora bracelet. Unfortunately it can't be done. I also discovered that they will no longer carry Pandora items. They did have a few spacers (?) half price so I bought those. Thank you for great service as always!

GB jewelers are the best place to take your jewleey in the county. I took a ring that had been poorly sized by a different jeweler to be fixed there, and they went above and beyond. The goldsmith came down and explained exactly what he was going to do, any hesitations he had and was just super pleasant to talk to. I’m delighted by the work they did and the customer service as well.

I recently had a wedding ring redesigned and it turned out absolutely stunning. They created the original ring in 1996 which was stunning at the time as well. Our family has had Jim and Tim design or remake various pieces of jewelry since the early 1970's and have never been disappointed. I live in Beaverton where there are plenty of options for jewelers and I always rely on GB. Wonderful customer service and creativity!
