We brought our vehicle here to get two new tires they put them on and then we picked up our vehicle and none of the psi was correct one was reading as low as 29 one reading his highest 45 so I called back and asked if that wasn’t something they normally did with their vehicles Gia stated yes we should do that but sometimes we dropped the ball and there’s nothing we can do about it unless you want to bring your car back here. I told her that was super inconvenient as we didn’t live in the same town and we just had our car there two days ago she replied with yeah there’s not really anything I can do about that. She’s always rude and hateful on the phone and they have terrible customer service 100% would not recommend. Services: Auto tire replacement, Tire rotations

Had a real good experience with them. I managed to strip one if my caliper nuts and couldn't get it off to replace my breaks, and they got me taken care if perfectly. I brought the parts, they installed and I paid for labor. They did warn me if the parts didn't fit, they charge me $75 fee for putting everything back, which is more than fair. Everything went well and they even gave me advice so I wouldn't strip it again.

My car stalled due to a failed fuel pump. Dropped the car at auto clinic not knowing this was the problem. When they asked for 1100 dollars to replace a fuel pump I declined service and had the vehicle towed to my home. I replaced the fuel pump myself but not before finding out auto clinic had drained a qtr tank of gas out, disconnected fuel line and left numerous bolts they removed under hood. I've never in my life been to such a lousy vindictive service. I can't even begin to explain why they would do any of the things they did prior to approval to do the work, THEN JUST LEAVE IT IN SHAMBLES. I would not recommend this place to a single soul for service.

For years I have used Auto Clinic in Lees Summit. Usually I have been pleased with the service. My recent experience was not a good one and I have decided to discontinue using them as my auto repair and discontinue recommending them. In 2020 I had front and back brakes, rotors, pads etc replaced. In 2021 just a little over a year after this service my rear brakes froze up and had to be replaced again. I paid another $650 to replace. Now 9 months later the back brakes froze again and I was expected to pay another $650. After expressing my displeasure the desire was to Give me a discount. Since the car could/should not be driven that way I authorized fixing the car and expressed I would be taking my business elsewhere they discounted half. Considering this was the same issue 9 months ago, mechanics that worked on it are no longer there, I feel having to pay for any of this repair is out of INTEGRITY. I will no longer use Auto Clinic as my repair shop and I would no longer recommend them to anyone. This Spring, I was travelling from Rolla to KU Medical Center, when my truck’s engine blew just before Lee’s Summit. I called AAA for a tow. When they asked where to take the truck, I asked for a recommendation since I knew no one in the area. AAA does not recommend anyone but they listed The Auto Clinic as the closest approved AAA shop. I chose this shop and was happy that I did. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. They turned a problem into the best experience one could have, considering the circumstances. I don’t live in the area, but I would use this shop again should the need arise. I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto repairs, large or small. Service: Engine repair

I've been going to The Auto Clinic for years and have always had the best care. This time they changed my oil and filter, patched a tire and replaced the valve, and topped up my air con. They are always honest with me about what's going on with my car. If a repair can be made cheaper, they do it. If a repair can wait, they let me know. Everyone who works there is very professional and friendly. The waiting room is clean, excellent WiFi if you need to access the internet while you're waiting on your car. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else! Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, A/C installation & repair

Customer Service: 5/5 Quality of Work: 5/5 I've been to this business once, and I had a pretty great experience. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fix my car by the next business day, which worked out perfectly fine. This is a top-notch shop, period. I will absolutely take my cars back to this shop next time around. My only complaint is that I think their prices are a little bit high, maybe 5-10%. I can't imagine it's much fun to own an auto repair shop. You are rarely ever giving someone good news, and most of us don't budget well enough to handle those unexpected vehicle repairs. But over the years, I have chosen to continue taking my vehicles here because they are honest. I do a lot of my own work on my cars, so I know what I am talking about. And on a few occasions when I have taken my vehicle in for a repair for something like a CV joint or something, they have sent me home saying that there was no need to replace the item at just that time. This alone is a huge plus for me...to know that a repair shop is willing to give up immediate cash in lieu of winning a loyal customer. They are often busy, so don't necessarily to expect to be able to get your car serviced right when you call; they seem to do their best to get everyone done as soon as possible. Their prices aren't cheap--my guess is that they charge the book rate for all repairs even if the actual work doesn't take the full estimated time. But I don't feel like their prices are inflated either. I am happy to let them charge me the book rate knowing that they are treating me fairly and honestly.
