Best auto tune up service in Lee's Summit, Missouri (MO) 2024

This was my first time personally taking a vehicle in to Derek's and I will definitely be back! I wanted to get my transmission flushed and had called a couple of places and Derek's prices were the best! I was told it would take X amount of time and I told them I would have to wait there on it and they got it done well before my expected wait time and my truck runs like it's brand new again! We brought our vehicle here to get two new tires they put them on and then we picked up our vehicle and none of the psi was correct one was reading as low as 29 one reading his highest 45 so I called back and asked if that wasn’t something they normally did with their vehicles Gia stated yes we should do that but sometimes we dropped the ball and there’s nothing we can do about it unless you want to bring your car back here. I told her that was super inconvenient as we didn’t live in the same town and we just had our car there two days ago she replied with yeah there’s not really anything I can do about that. She’s always rude and hateful on the phone and they have terrible customer service 100% would not recommend. Services: Auto tire replacement, Tire rotations ~Kristina
