6 Best auto repair shop in Lee's Summit, Missouri (MO) 2024

This was my first time personally taking a vehicle in to Derek's and I will definitely be back! I wanted to get my transmission flushed and had called a couple of places and Derek's prices were the best! I was told it would take X amount of time and I told them I would have to wait there on it and they got it done well before my expected wait time and my truck runs like it's brand new again! My husband called on a Friday afternoon, got a next day 7:30 am appt to replace front brakes, remove rusted out running boards and check AC unit. The manager, Mike, greeted us with a smile, was very personable and straight-forward. He quoted us a price, kept me informed on the progress of the work, stated concerns throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle just before close of business and was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of the work done. Mike also recommended another business to address work that his should could not help me with. I highly recommend using this Meineke shop. I appreciate their truthfulness and efficiency! ~Diane

Had an excellent experience at Oades Brothers Tire & Auto. I came in for and oil change and to get a second opinion on a service that my dealership was really pushing. Oil change was quick and they explained that basically I have time before needing that costly maintenance. The staff was super friendly and honest. There was a large waiting area, clean and comfortable. (Or walking distance to a coffee shop across the street). Highly recommend this place! ~Ashley

March 25 2022 1 week ago today, Randy and the Team from Lees Summit Total saved the day. I was trying to get out of town for a weeks worth of Spring break and car would not start. I replaced the battery, then alternator, still won’t start. Called Randy and they were able to get my truck in and replaced the starter in less than 2 hours. Royal Automotive has worked on my car in the past, so when my car wouldn't run at all, I had it towed there. They looked it over and called and explained that my issue would require some repairs (welding) that they couldn't do. They had already found a shop that could do the work needed and helped me arrange a tow to Blue Springs for service. They spent quite a bit of their time analyzing the problem and helping me find a solution to repairing my car. When I asked how much I owed them, they said "You don't owe us anything." What incredibly helpful and kind customer service! I highly recommend them! ~Mary

We brought our vehicle here to get two new tires they put them on and then we picked up our vehicle and none of the psi was correct one was reading as low as 29 one reading his highest 45 so I called back and asked if that wasn’t something they normally did with their vehicles Gia stated yes we should do that but sometimes we dropped the ball and there’s nothing we can do about it unless you want to bring your car back here. I told her that was super inconvenient as we didn’t live in the same town and we just had our car there two days ago she replied with yeah there’s not really anything I can do about that. She’s always rude and hateful on the phone and they have terrible customer service 100% would not recommend. Services: Auto tire replacement, Tire rotations ~Kristina
