Best muffler shop in Lee's Summit, Missouri (MO) 2024

Royal Automotive has worked on my car in the past, so when my car wouldn't run at all, I had it towed there. They looked it over and called and explained that my issue would require some repairs (welding) that they couldn't do. They had already found a shop that could do the work needed and helped me arrange a tow to Blue Springs for service. They spent quite a bit of their time analyzing the problem and helping me find a solution to repairing my car. When I asked how much I owed them, they said "You don't owe us anything." What incredibly helpful and kind customer service! I highly recommend them! ~Mary
