Royal Automotive has worked on my car in the past, so when my car wouldn't run at all, I had it towed there. They looked it over and called and explained that my issue would require some repairs (welding) that they couldn't do. They had already found a shop that could do the work needed and helped me arrange a tow to Blue Springs for service. They spent quite a bit of their time analyzing the problem and helping me find a solution to repairing my car. When I asked how much I owed them, they said "You don't owe us anything." What incredibly helpful and kind customer service! I highly recommend them!

A little pricey but still cheaper then Dealership. Had extensive work done, (exhaust manifold gaskets, studs), on a f150 King Ranch, 07 model, took it in on Tue nite back on Fri. Tech did what I wanted good job so far. I would recommend this shop.

I was looking for a good local repair shop and decided to use Royal Automotive. Kim at the front desk was very helpful and answered any questions or concerns I had. I Probably called the shop a dozen times with different questions, and she was always willing to assist me with no problem. The service team fixed my car issues at a reasonable price. They did a great job, so I decided to take my other vehicles to them for service. I look for to continue doing business with them in the future.
