I ordered my food on the McDonald's app and went to pick up my food after paying on the app and one of the employees were saying that my card didn't go through. When on my banking app showed me that I paid for my food we almost paid twice as we where handing the worker a $20 out of the blue my card went through. We parked to make sure we had everything and the got a 10 piece Mc nugget and also forgot the chocolate milk for the happy meals for my niece and nephew. We got the 10 piece but still didn't get the chocolate milk. I really don't recommend this McDonald's I'd prefer to go to the one on Seneca turnpike.

Clean, minimalist, interior with staff that looks they know what they are doing. They have am employee of the month wall which I think is great for promoting hard work, which shows in their proformance.

No one's out to check walk in customers. Kiosk doesn't provide receipt after the payment.

Burgers are always overloaded with ground pepper... And is either cold, over cooked, undercooked or put on the warmer aka in the microwave, one to many times. Fish is under cooked and tarter sauce, 9 times out of 10, is expired. Fries are like eating cardboard with salt caked to it. Nuggets are missing alot of "chicken". Every single time I've gone to this particular mc donalds, something was always missing from my order. Or they charged me more than they should have. Kids have been duped of their toy in their happy meals, or their fries. Sometimes even their whole happy meal was missing. Once, they forgot the fries, sauce and got the drink 100% wrong ( ordered a chocolate shake, and was given an APPLE JUICE), when I went back thru the drive thru, I was told I would have to pay for the sauce, kids toy and "extra fries" and was offered a chocolate milk for their mistake, I then had to show them what I was given with my receipt of what I ordered. For the price these kids are paid per hour, you'd think they would be able to get an order right, on slow nights/days/shifts, not try to charge the customer even more money... And not argue with the customer. Finally they got my order right, I went home. Took a bite of my fish sandwich... Instant vomit. Raw fish and expired tarter sauce... Yummm 🤮 . I brought that back, and was accused of swapping the sandwich out. Idk what I would have gained. But they definitely lost a few customers. I'll drive the extra miles and hit the grocery store and make my own fries and sandwiches, burgers and nuggets.

The lady that took our order in the drive through could not have been more rude and disrespectful. In the drive thru we ordered a quarter pounder and when we asked if we had completed our order and we had accidentally said yes forgetting there was a crispy chicken sandwich we had wanted to add on. She sounded extremely displeased when she we asked if we could add it on and kept yelling at us to speak up even to the point where we were yelling back at her. When we asked if we could add ketchup to the sandwich she sounded astonished and exclaimed “add ketchup.” When we pulled up to the window my friend had asked for a pull apart donut when we were ordering in the drive through and the rude lady from the previous situation had even repeated that we had a donut at the first window but when we pulled up to the second window they kept trying to tell us that we had a blueberry muffin but we had not ordered that so they asked us to pull up to the third window and I am typing that as we are still sitting here for 5 minutes.
