The customer Tim S. Is not telling the truth. I was in the lobby. The boxes he got were way too big to fit in a mailbox. And the employee told him that due to the fact he lives down a narrow gravel road with a blind curb and that the employee herself and several other have almost been hit head on by someone driving fast. They won’t deliver stuff to the house. The guy called the employee lazy and a liar. He was very rude and was talking over the employee to where she had to ask him to leave. I felt sorry for the employee. They shouldn’t have to put up with such rude people.

Person showed up at 11:21 was rude and disrespectful and said she was 2 hours late because she had to have lunch first. Then told as to come back later after she got set up. Yelled at our grandson when he asked to buy a stamp. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Both packages together were maybe 15 pounds - maybe. Next time, after delivering packages to this location for years, they decided that there was no safe location to put my box. PUT IT WHERE YOU ALWAYS DO - AT THE GATE - just like everyone else has for years. No idea what they are doing there.

Hate leaving these kind of reviews but this post office is the worst post office I’ve ever been too, your wait time can be 10 - 30 minutes but after waiting 20 minutes it’s finally my turn and she asked me to fill out the shipping address (would take me 15 seconds to fill out) and she started helping the people behind me? So I’m supposed to wait another 15-45 minutes just to send a small package? Like come on get it together

I got a notice saying my package was out for delivery. I waited all day in my package, and I see the carrier pull up to my mailbox and I start walking out to get my package.. The carrier speeds off as fast as they could. The carrier didn’t even try to deliver my package at all, even though they put tried to deliver. Anytime I have a package our carrier does this. If you don’t like your job or you aren’t qualified to do it quit. This is to the carrier on Hwy 101.

My husband was there this morning. Staff were not wearing masks, and allowed 4 customers plus themselves in a small room, putting everyone at risk and violating the law. They also ignored my husband's request to send packages book or parcel rate and sent one overnight and one 3-day, resulting is excessive charges. This was a horrible experience. Now they refuse to answer their phone, and I can't get to customer service at the 1-800-number to report them.

Post office itself and staff are nice. Delivery carriers leave much to be desired. Leave packages outside unsecured, deliver packages that have been ripped open and had items stolen and don't mention it, just leave it. Your better off having a P.O. box than relying on their less than professional carriers.

The staff here is always so friendly. I recently had a package sent to the wrong address and it was misplaced. They searched their office for it, and then someone hand delivered it to my front door (after the regular daily delivery - I think they made a trip just for me!). I appreciate the effort and their commitment to the community.
