I wanted a passport size picture that I had few days ago. She scanned through the system and helped me find the picture. She was kind and helpful. Thank You. Made an appointment for the COVID-19 booster and the flu shot. When I got there, they only had the COVID-19 booster. The person who gave me the booster shot said I should have received an email saying they did not have it, but I never did. All of the emails for my appointment stated that I would receive both shots. Need improvement with patient communication. ~Diana
