Made an appointment for the COVID-19 booster and the flu shot. When I got there, they only had the COVID-19 booster. The person who gave me the booster shot said I should have received an email saying they did not have it, but I never did. All of the emails for my appointment stated that I would receive both shots. Need improvement with patient communication.

The pharmacists seem to be busy all the time, maybe they are understaffed. They need to be trained on customer service. I went to drop off a prescription, all the pharmacists had their heads down and no acknowledgement of any kind even though they noticed me. I guess customer service is not a part of pharmacology curriculum.

Within the last month I received several vaccines. It was easy scheduling on their website and upon arrival I only waited a couple minutes. In no time I got my vaccines and was on my way home.

It takes days now to have prescription ready. I have to wait approximately 8 hourse to have my 3 years daughter antibiotics prescription ready.

Customer service no so great. I was waiting for assistance and said excuse me. Woman looks us and rudly says "yes?" As if I was annoying her. Even if you had what I was looking for I wasn't gonna get it after that.

Nobody picks up the phone at the pharmacy and I drove all the way there just for them to tell me that they were out of flu shots, even though I had previously made an appointment. I'm sure that customer service in general is not easy but the employees there could make more of an effort. There was no line at the pharmacy but I still ended up waiting for them to tell me I came for no reason. I would much rather recommend the CVS in Croydon even if it's a bit farther.

10/22/2020. 830 am this morning driving up to pick up (window) my prescription and Alaha (pharmacist) was attending to help me. Before she handed me the neomycin, I ask her if she could get me also ear wash. Her attitude suddenly change and responded to me (WHAT DO YOU MEAN) and told me that I should call and include it in my prescription and she did not take my request. I was surprise since I have no problem picking up my prescriptions and request for items that are related but were not included in the prescription. This happen in CVS Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem PA.

I feel like I practically live at this CVS location. The staff in the front and the pharmacy are amazing! Every time I need something they are so quick to jump and help. Great customer service which is greatly appreciated. Its also a very clean and organized location.

I have been a patient here forever. Recently one of my rx that I had to get at another pharmacy due to insurance issues, I had transferred over. Two of them. One was fine whatever, the other they said they would fill that day and call. I had some left so I was fine to wait. I never got a call never nothing. Decide to go get it finally and they say they don’t make the rx no more. Well hello why wouldn’t the pharmd call me to tell me this. I only been waiting over a week now. It’s not a pill that’s fine to be missing out on. You don’t allow a week or so to pass without calling to let someone know there is apparently “none being made anymore”. I found it somewhere else and now have to transfer stuff again. Beyond disgusted with that.

Absolutely horrible service. They don’t check voicemail from doctors so when you come pick up few hours later they don’t have anything. If theres an issue with your script you’ll never get a call from them to save you the trip to the pharmacy. They are just absolutely HORRIBLE. I rather go out of my way for a pharmacy ANY pharmacy that will give me better service than them.
