Great service. Super fast service, there only draw back is they run out of cars and you're gambling on getting vehicle, I been lucky Because I plan well, but seem many disappointed customers, cars are always clean and well serviced. Return are always fast and easy. Problems are easily resolved, friendly great prices. I wish they worked at the airport.

HORRIBLE!!! I made an online reservation only to take an Uber to the location and was told they didn't have any cars!?! What's the point of a reservation system if it's not updated accurately! They made no effort to help me after the inconvenience. Worst customer service 👎 avoid and go anywhere else!

This location is horrible, I rented a Jenkee nonworking car that you couldn’t even invest in the seatbelt and then you just had to listen to the clicking sound even after you got it fastened because the handle and everything was broke and turned backwards. It was raining the cars they do not clean them repeat they do not clean them I have a ton of stuff from the person before me because I thought it was mine. With a ton of there person information on it. It was raining and my car was just in a wreck from someone raming into it. So took photos. Returned the car 3 days early it was gross and Un safe you could not use the seatbelt and NASHVILLE they charge you if you get pulled over. They went ahead and charged me 400 dollars for a cleaning fee!!!! After speaking to the manager 3 times and never calls you back then calling hertz and supposed to call back nope! This location is a rip off they try to screw over the people that come through there doors! They know dam well they didn’t clean it and just turned over the car or I wouldn’t know who rented the car an hour before I returned it! They have all that information and I’m still fighting to get my money back! From a 8 day rental that was only 3 and double the amount for an un safe dirty car

Great buyer experience. Purchased a 2005 Ford F150. Both Brian and Steve were fantastic from the start and finish of the sale. I felt confident in them and that they were trustworthy. Lot is quite small but their selection was great. Would definitely go back to purchase from them again.

The worst rental place. Both cars I received from them just smelled bad, the first of bac i and weed, the second of moisture/mold. The service is also just rather unpleasant, I also wasted two hours or my day having to exchange the car.

I rented from this location for the 1st time and overall had a good experience. I had reserved a full size car and while they didn’t have any cars in stock they offered me a really nice brand new Infiniti SUV, so I was pleased. Car was clean and the whole process only took about 10-15 minutes.

did not get my rental return in the system until after my drop off time due to them being "super busy". I have been charged $100 twice! they said it will be returned, but what if it over drafted my account or ruined my credit. they should be more responsible when it comes to peoples money.

And I was told I couldn't use my debit. He didn't change his facial expressions and didn't say he was sorry. I have rented cars before with no problem I would Not recommend this location and will not use Hertz again.
