What an awesome experience! This shop gets better and better all the time. It's been a year since my last visit and there have been a lot of wonderful additions! UPDATE: A customer service supervisor from the dealership called me and offered to have the car picked up from my house or place of work to make it right and to minimize the time that Iāve already spent getting the car fixed. My prior experiences with the dealership have been very good and it seems their follow-up supports that. Thank you Kenny Ross! āāāāā- I brought my car in last week for a recall, oil change, and to rotate the tires. While driving around the next day I noticed a loud banging sound underneath the car and found that the splash guard under the engine, which must be removed to change the oil, was hanging by a single bolt and causing the banging sound. I took it back and today I just pick the car up and no more banging sound! Because they removed the splash guard and threw it away. I guess I donāt have one anymore! I guess I should be happy they put oil back in the engine. ~Frank

I want to state this nicely since I donāt know anyoneās situations and all, but I went down to subway at 4:20 pm, there was a sign on the door that said āback in 10 minā and the door was locked, I wasnāt irritated and was fine with waiting ten min but ended up waiting 25. Thereās also the fact the sign could have been up before I got there, I watched multiple people leave because if it. She came back 25 minutes later, I didnāt say anything because it was a possible new shift, or she had an emergency, But when I went to get my sub she was doing mine and the guyās behind me at the same time, used the same knife with my dressing on his sub, which didnāt affect me but I felt bad considering he may not like that. And what if someone has allergies. Food was fine but please be careful of this! ~Cat

Not too many Burger King's in the South Hills, at least not in the areas that I tend to drive through, so when I happened to come by this one, I thought I would stop in and try it. The place was clean and was fully staffed. There was only one other group eating in the restaurant - but drive-thru business was booming and all six employees were busy. I placed my order for the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was delivered pretty quickly. I have no qualms with what the staff did or how quickly they worked. However, if you look at the picture of what I got and compare it to the advertisements, well... let's just say it's a far cry from the advertised pictures. The taste was also not what I expected. I got the spicy version and this one was just oily. It reminded me of a bad version of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. There were no tomatoes and only a few smidgens of lettuce. Luckily I took a whole bunch of paper napkins - and still ended up going to the bathroom to wash my hands when I was done. ~Naor

Older guy that works there has been miserable the past 2 times Iāve been in there. Acted like it was a hassle to look up a few different parts for me and then answered the phone and walked off for 5 minutes in the middle of looking up parts. Next visit I was dropping off a UPS package as theyāre a UPS drop off point. Asked if UPS had come for the day yet as it was a time sensitive shipment and he pointed to a stack of packages and said āthereās your answerā I said āwell not sure if those are outgoing or incomingā and he just gave me a look and didnāt respond. Went over and looked at the packages myself to see that they were outgoing. Asked for an emailed receipt as they usually give me and he said that he didnāt want to mess around with going into UPSās system and if I wanted something like that I can take it to a UPS store not to them. Iāll drive the extra few minutes to go to a different store from now on. ~JT
Arby's
I don't know I keep coming back to this Arby's on Library road. They always forget to put something I ordered in the bag. This time they advise a new steak sub and the guy at the window said they're out of meat to make it (i gyess they don'thave te meats). Oh let me guess, it's covids fault. This is the last time I go to this Arby's. I will drive 15 minutes out of the way to find another one. ~Jim
