As of right now I'm giving it only three stars. I rode right past it the other night because the lights were out but then saw people in the drive-thru. And speaking of the drive-thru- I waited an absurd amount of time to get served! And on a subsequent visit, it seems they are still understaffed.

Not too many Burger King's in the South Hills, at least not in the areas that I tend to drive through, so when I happened to come by this one, I thought I would stop in and try it. The place was clean and was fully staffed. There was only one other group eating in the restaurant - but drive-thru business was booming and all six employees were busy. I placed my order for the new Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was delivered pretty quickly. I have no qualms with what the staff did or how quickly they worked. However, if you look at the picture of what I got and compare it to the advertisements, well... let's just say it's a far cry from the advertised pictures. The taste was also not what I expected. I got the spicy version and this one was just oily. It reminded me of a bad version of a Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. There were no tomatoes and only a few smidgens of lettuce. Luckily I took a whole bunch of paper napkins - and still ended up going to the bathroom to wash my hands when I was done.

This is the pinnacle Burger King experience in Pittsburgh. Going here, you will have the exact experience you would expect. The other Burger Kings in the earlier all aspire to reach this one.

I've gone here twice and both times my order was taken quickly and I got my food quickly. It's quality is pretty good but not great for fast food.

Always a good experience. Workers are patient and pleasant in spite of the worker shortage. Great food. Accurate orders. Convenient drive-through hours. Very clean parking lot: litterfree consistently. Thank you BK🤗

Its not the best but not the worst customer service is just ok the food when its not busy is stale. I like that they still offer salads unlike the McDonald's here. Impossible whoppers are the best thing on the menu.

This location of Burger King seemed very secure, safe, clean, and had decent food. We felt very comfortable allowing the kids (age 12 and 13) to enter the business on their own and make their orders by themselves. The staff was very helpful, made sure the kids got all of their food, and made sure they got their correct change with no problem. I would definitely visit this location again. The other thing that made this location special was that their ice cream machine was not down! I don't know how many times I've been to a fast food restaurant that their ice cream machine was down. That was refreshing.

Went in to get the 2 for $6 deal, a spicy chicken sandwich and a whopper with cheese. I used to work at burger king for about a year and a half so I know when food is fresh or has been sitting in the heaters for a long time. The whopper was cold and the cheese wasn't directly on the patty, which was also cold. I knew that 1. The cheese was thrown on a burger that had been cooked awhile ago and 2. the burger had been sitting in the heater for at LEAST 2 hours because the lettuce and tomato tasted awful. Incredibly disappointed because while I worked at BK I NEVER would do that to someone. I'm really annoyed because after a long days work I wanted some hot and fresh food. Shame on this place. I didn't even go through the drive thru so I was in no hurry (but I guess they were!). Ridiculous
