The guys at this dealership have gone above and beyond customer service in my opinion. John Folger and the finance manager Dave certainly exceeded my expectations. Got the vehicle I wanted and they went far above what most would do. Off the chart service. More need to practice superior customer service like they provided. Thanks again.

UPDATE: A customer service supervisor from the dealership called me and offered to have the car picked up from my house or place of work to make it right and to minimize the time that I’ve already spent getting the car fixed. My prior experiences with the dealership have been very good and it seems their follow-up supports that. Thank you Kenny Ross! —————- I brought my car in last week for a recall, oil change, and to rotate the tires. While driving around the next day I noticed a loud banging sound underneath the car and found that the splash guard under the engine, which must be removed to change the oil, was hanging by a single bolt and causing the banging sound. I took it back and today I just pick the car up and no more banging sound! Because they removed the splash guard and threw it away. I guess I don’t have one anymore! I guess I should be happy they put oil back in the engine.

I have always used them to service my vehicles,but the last couple visits, my experience had not been that great. In the past I would receive a tire and brake report with 'The Works' ,but nothing the last couple times. The service manager reached out to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. I appreciate their effort to improve the customer's experience at their dealership.

The service center is absolutely terrible. I was having transmission issues with my Ford Focus, which is a known defect on the vehicle… ford lost a class action lawsuit, you can read all about it. My car literally wouldn’t go in reverse and shakes uncontrollably every time it shifts gears. I called to make an appointment as soon as possible and the woman I spoke to had the nerve to tell me she wasn’t convinced it was really the transmission. She flat out told me to go to another dealer because she didn’t feel like dealing with me. So I called Shultz ford South in West Mifflin and they were able to squeeze me in two days because they knew it was an emergency and ford sold me a defective car. What a difference between these two Ford dealerships! Edit response to the owner: I am not interested in taking my car to Kenny Ross Ford after the way I was treated. As I said in the review above, Shultz Ford South is able to take care of me after your team acted extremely unprofessional. I wrote the review to inform others that they are better off going to other Ford dealerships in the area.

My Ford Edge was taken in for service in a reasonable amount of time. It was inspected and thoroughly checked out. The service rep understood how important it is for my vehicle to taken care of as I would.

John Folger was awesome He explained in detail and with tons of patience when I know I asked him questions over a dozen times about how the car worked etc. If I called with questions he called me right back. He was so knowledgeable about my new SUV my head spun with all the knowledge. I’m sure I’m forgetting more things to say but mostly THANKS John for helping me through this process. Ray Glunt the Finance Manager went Above and Beyond what I’m sure is his job. He pointed out and explained what I was signing. Polite, Professional and even funny at times and that made me feel very comfortable and happy with what I was purchasing. He’s the numbers man for a reason, he knows his stuff. Thanks Ray for all your help. I also have to mention the General Manager John Eberlein (spelling). He himself called me telling me my vehicle was done. He also went above and Beyond what his job is. I appreciate all he has done. I wish I had asked for the young woman’s name who asked us about which mats we wanted in the vehicle today. She smiled and was very pleasant and smiled even more a little while later seeing how happy I was with my purchase. My purchasing experience of a retail Maverick from Kenny Ross was overall mostly positive. Converting my reservation to an order was quick, easy, and a bit exciting, too. Staff: My salesperson John was kind, direct and competent, and would get back to me quickly about any questions I had. Rose the finance officer was also extremely capable and I really enjoyed working with her. Taking delivery took a long time. While I opted to inspect/test the vehicle which took roughly 45 minutes, the total time at the dealership was ~4 hours, some of the time working out details about the price -- which at first did not match the order price -- and some waiting for financing. During that time I learned that the dealership made modifications to my vehicle for which I did not ask, which felt quite dishonest, although ultimately I did not have to pay for them. Kenny Ross did honor the price protection and financing from my order date without a fuss, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm really happy with my new vehicle. I wish Kenny Ross would refrain from (at least retail-ordered!) vehicle modifications without asking their customer first -- the sad thing is I would have been interested in some aftermarket options if they had offered them in advance instead of going about it in a dishonest way.
