Best beauty salon in Dickson City, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

I have never been here before and was under the assumption that women typically get their hair washed prior to getting it cut, I was not even OFFERED a hair wash. She just sprayed my greasy/dirty hair with water and cut it, I asked for no layers but when I got home (after I washed it myself) I noticed some layers and my hair is about 3 inches shorter than I wanted it. The only enjoyable thing about my experience here is how fast my haircut was completed considering how busy it was. Service: Haircut ~kathy
