I have never been here before and was under the assumption that women typically get their hair washed prior to getting it cut, I was not even OFFERED a hair wash. She just sprayed my greasy/dirty hair with water and cut it, I asked for no layers but when I got home (after I washed it myself) I noticed some layers and my hair is about 3 inches shorter than I wanted it. The only enjoyable thing about my experience here is how fast my haircut was completed considering how busy it was. Service: Haircut

Do yourself an act of kindness and spend the extra money for a REAL salon and experienced stylists. This place is reminiscent of the old "beauty school dropouts"... When displeasure was attempted to be relayed, was completely ignored by the "bosses" and left with nothing short of a disaster. Basically accused of LYING about what was asked for. Good people do not lie. HORRIBLE experience. PLEASE, save yourself the embarrassment of what you are going to walk out looking like...Would give negative stars if I could. This was the Dickson City location.

And the prices are low. They have an app to sign in with to reduce wait time. They record what we had done so they can do it again, or change it from there. The location is also quite convenient.

I have been getting the same cut there for 2 years now, and I have never had anyone move that fast. I thought it was due to speed, efficiency, and skill, but found out it was not. My layers are terribly uneven and messy, and my undercut was botched , as she blasted through it doing a bad job. Terrible job overall. I should have checked it instore, although I have never had a problem there before. The following day I decided to buzz my own undercut and I corrected it and fixed it to the level she should have.
