had issues with my account being uses fraudulently. went in and dealt with Jill the assistant branch manager. she didn't know how to help me exactly and had to reach out to someone else to get their opinion. decided to close my old account but had to dispute the one fraudulent charge. got a letter in the mail about saying my dispute was denied. I reached out to Jill to inquire and all she said was that it was denied and I wouldn't be getting my money back. no explanation as to why it was denied or anything. that is absolutely terrible customer service!!! I will be closing my accounts after 20 years and will never recommend them to anyone. ~Whitney

I needed a statement of balance on the mortgage for my second home held by this bank in order to refinance my first home. The agent I spoke to initially refused to send it to me and, after repeated phone calls someone finally did send it but they did not send the proper form electronically, instead I had to wait for snail mail. Except for the excellent work of an agent at.the bank I was refinancing my first home with the deal would have fell though and I would have ended up paying a higher rate. Absolutely do not deal with this bank! They will let you down when you need them the most. ~Richard

Very sucky bank closes at 3 everyday only one location to be able to make deposits and they rip u off on your checking account if I could rate them lower than 1 it would be negative 5. Do your homework when choosing a good credit union or bank ~Adalberto

Employees know nothing about their own policies. Was told three different things from three different workers about their overdraft conditions. Ridiculous. ~Tracy

I went to the Liberty branch looking for some assistance with a financial decision. Stephanie L. assisted me and was beyond helpful with walking me through this process. This Bank used to be smaller and more customer oriented. Interest they pay is poor, the interest they charge is high, and their fees for checking ore unreasonable. I just closed my account and switched to a credit union. However the employees at this branch were very friendly and helpful! ~Brian
