had issues with my account being uses fraudulently. went in and dealt with Jill the assistant branch manager. she didn't know how to help me exactly and had to reach out to someone else to get their opinion. decided to close my old account but had to dispute the one fraudulent charge. got a letter in the mail about saying my dispute was denied. I reached out to Jill to inquire and all she said was that it was denied and I wouldn't be getting my money back. no explanation as to why it was denied or anything. that is absolutely terrible customer service!!! I will be closing my accounts after 20 years and will never recommend them to anyone. ~Whitney

I've used this pharmacy a few times, and my goodness they are awful! Their is always an issue, whether it be the person that waits on u, they either don't know how to put into the system a new prescription that ur bringing in, or they don't know how to look up insurance info. I understand we are all new to a job at some point, but good goodness train ur employees b4 u put them out front. They take way too long to fill a script, like several hours. ~FaitH

It was the smoothest process I've ever had from a repair shop, Bates Collision did the job well and went above and beyond in being courteous and communicative about my repairs after my accident! Dave arranged for a rental car for me, and it was there waiting as soon as I brought in my car. Dave worked with the insurance companies directly and so that I didn't have to. He made it so easy for me! Other collision shops don't do this - I had a previous accident in Virginia where I arranged my own rental car and talked to my own insurance company many times and it was a hassle, so Bates really went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Dave explained to me the estimate which clearly showed the price of parts vs. labor, and the amount the customer pays vs. insurance pays (in my case, insurance paid for everything). Everything was crystal clear, and I appreciate the visibility into all the charges. Dave also emailed me with an updated estimate along the way and updates to let me know the repairs were still on track, which I really appreciated. Again, other collision shops don't do this, so it was really nice that Bates was proactive and called/emailed me. I was truly in good hands at Bates Collision and didn't need to worry about a thing. The repairs were of high quality and they also did a courtesy cleaning of the interior which I really appreciated. I am very happy with the repairs and the customer service. I highly recommend! ~Leah

Just had a remote starter installed on my new HR-V. This is the 3rd starter Enormis has installed for me over the years & nothing has changed. Friendly, knowledgeable, competent staff who do what the say, when they say. Best place for remote starters in the area. I needed a statement of balance on the mortgage for my second home held by this bank in order to refinance my first home. The agent I spoke to initially refused to send it to me and, after repeated phone calls someone finally did send it but they did not send the proper form electronically, instead I had to wait for snail mail. Except for the excellent work of an agent at.the bank I was refinancing my first home with the deal would have fell though and I would have ended up paying a higher rate. Absolutely do not deal with this bank! They will let you down when you need them the most. ~Richard

Very sucky bank closes at 3 everyday only one location to be able to make deposits and they rip u off on your checking account if I could rate them lower than 1 it would be negative 5. Do your homework when choosing a good credit union or bank ~Adalberto

It is impossible to get anyone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone, no matter the time of day. I always end up having to go out of my way and stop in, just to ask a simple question. I transferred to this location several months ago, from the busiest CVS in town, thinking because it was close to home that it’d be more convenient. It’s NOT. I’ll be reluctantly transferring back. ~Leann
