This pharmacy is ridiculously slow. 30 mins to pick up one prescription, because the lady moves like a snail. Typically not so friendly staff. Contemplating moving all of our prescriptions to Walgreens! **EDIT** 2 months later and not much has changed! My prescriptions are never ready when they are said to be. You try calling and no one answers so you drive there and it's not still not ready then the rude associate (of course she never has on a name tag) speaks down to you and tells you it'll be another 40 mins, mind you the dr called it in 6 hours ago! 6 hours to fill a prescription is crazy especially when it's only 6 pills! Calling tomorrow to move all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I've never seen such bad service anywhere else. I've had to wait multiple days just to be told that RiteAid doesn't even have my medication.

It is impossible to get anyone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone, no matter the time of day. I always end up having to go out of my way and stop in, just to ask a simple question. I transferred to this location several months ago, from the busiest CVS in town, thinking because it was close to home that it’d be more convenient. It’s NOT. I’ll be reluctantly transferring back.

Good luck trying to get a phone call to the pharmacist. I've tried for two days and they will NOT answer their calls. I read on some else's review the answer they gave was to call the 800 customer care number. Wl I did and you can't get anywhere with them either!!!!

The Pharmacy is terrible! I had multiple occasions where my prescriptions were not ready when they said it would be. I called in my last prescription through this pharmacy at 10 am and I was told it would be ready by 5pm. At 6pm it still was not filled and the only answer I received for it not being filled was that I was "in the Que". . There was no attempt to apologize for the delay or the inconvenience. Needless to say, I switched to a different Pharmacy. Besides not being able to get the medication I needed...the customer service was terrible. It is 24 hours later and the store manager still has not called me back!

I use this location for all my prescription meds and have for years. I often encounter a female associate, as I did on my most recent visit who is abrupt, unfriendly rude. She is middle aged and I always greet her and am accommodating. But this behavior and attitude is inappropriate and damaging to positive experiences at Rite Aid. I am very disappointed that this kind of customer treatment is accepted.

I went to Rite aid on Peach Street about 235pm... I wanted to get my 2nd COVID vaccine, website for that location said walk ins 2-3pm. I was told by the man with dark hair and glasses "It's only Monday thru Friday ". I showed him screenshot from my phone that didn't indicate that, he said " Well that's probably not our location ". I assured him it was. There was no line and as a frontline healthcare worker I think he was rude and accommodating.

A few years ago when I got medicine from the pharmacy, it was a good experience and I liked the store. However I have been calling them a significant amount all week and have only gotten a hold of somebody twice who said they would transfer me but never did… So I was unable to communicate with the pharmacy which was frustrating because I didn’t have time to physically go in and work out my situation which involves multiple things. I’m not sure if their phone just isn’t working… But in conclusion the pharmacy is impossible to get a hold of if the store even answers. I haven’t been inside in a while but I liked the atmosphere when I was there last time and had a heartwarming experience with a man who couldn’t afford his medicine.
