Took a Covid test through the drive through pharmacy ten days ago and never received the results. Called Quest Diagnostics and they never received the sample from Giant Eagle. Don’t go here for a Covid test. Especially if you need test results for your employer. You will never receive them.

Hate to share negative experiences but on the CDC site where I checked it said drop in vaccinations are welcome. I drive in from Union City and the pharmacy lady asks me if I have an appointment and I state that "I did not realize I needed one the CDC site said that you guys accept a drop-ins". She says "well on the Giant eagle site it says you are required". I drove all the way here from Union City for a lady to tell me go make an appointment. I said th her "it's very important that you update your information on the CDC site otherwise I wouldn't have drivens the 30 minutes here". She then turned away and completely ignored me while the other lady just stared at me. Unprofessional and unacceptable customer service if you ask me.

I have been using this pharmacy for years but today that ends. The rude lady who waited on me today ask me to pull my mask over my nose like I was a 2 year old!! I try to comply with the covid19 restrictions but having severe scoliosis and stenosis makes it difficult to get a deep breath. We've gone too far with this false security of masks. My husband and I were our masks and got covid19 anyway. I'm done! Just let me be. She had her mask on and a plastic shield between us. I wont be treated like this.

I have been trying to get a Covid19 vaccination appointment for my daughter, who has conditions qualifying her for a current vaccination. You cannot get a Covid19 vaccination appointment at any Giant Eagle pharmacy. I will continue to buy some groceries from them, but my prescriptions are going elsewhere.

Not pleased at all. Very rude staff, they do not care what so ever about your issue or even trying to make it right. I've been using them 2 months and I've already had enough of them. My son has 4 liquid meds a day, they give me the wrong stoppers the stoppers pushed in exploded medication all over my kitchen, all in my eye, stuck in my hair...then i tell her well the syringe is stuck in the bottle to the stopper her response...just pull it out! Yeah so it can fly all over again. I asked to bring it in for a new bottle and stopper and of course was told no. I was cut off the whole time trying to talk. I will never use their services again. They should be ashamed and embarrassed to treat people like that.

Don’t be in any rush to get your prescription filled. I have waited over 2.5 hours to have in-stock medications filled. Multiple out-of-my-control factors came in to play, but over 2 hours is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will be going somewhere else to get my scripts filled moving forward.

A girl staff member here gave my family a rough time. She is a such a..ugh!!! Going to Harborcreek Giant Eagle Phrarmacy for now on!
