These folks have lost touch with customer service. 45 minute wait in line at pharmacy, then told refill script was not filled, then another 15 wait to fill two very common scripts. This pharmacy has said two months in a row that they are 10 days behind on scripts(backlog). Corporate, read up on your reviews. If you think it's O.K. to have people spend one hour to pick up pills, then you all have lost all connection to reality. Where's the negative 5 stars rating? ~dan
