I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times with no answer to try and avoid the following. I was met at the counter by a woman who was rude. I gave her my DOB and she responded with a short "your prescriptions aren't ready yet". When asked when they'd be ready her response was a very visible/audible annoyance of "Not until this afternoon." When asked around what time another annoyed response of "I don't know around 2:30/3pm." My scripts were called in at 10am and I walked in the pharmacy at 11am! Not to mention I'm sick as a dog with bronchitis, hacking my lungs up. Why does it take 4.5-5 hours to fill 3 scripts? No apology, no explanation, nothing! Wouldn't the courteous thing be to have me wait 15/20 mins like other pharmacies that don't have your stuff ready? The sad thing is I just switched from CVS because they close without notice. What is happening to our pharmacies and customer service? I was polite and was given such a rude welcome that I may end up driving out of the way because this is unacceptable.

I went there for first time for the pharmacy only to be surprised on how the woman that asked for my name and dob could even be in customer service. After providing my info I was rudely told they had nothing ready for me. I asked , do you even have prescriptions here for me and was told yes but they won't be ready till 7. Now this was at 2pm. So I left thinking wow 5 hrs later. So I arrive back at ten minutes till 7 only to find out they close at 7pm and then was told they still weren't filled and she asked the pharmacist to fill them and he tells me he can see them but can't click on them to fill them. And was told to go to another Rite aid. I said they were sent here not elsewhere are they even going to be able to see them. He said they should be able to see what I see.I left and called a different store and was told the only way he could see them is if pharmacist put them on file or something and after giving him my Info, he said my name is in system but no prescriptions that he could see on his end. I Thanked him and said yea thats why I called cause I wasted enough gas today due to people simply not wanting to do theyre jobs is the way I see it, and now I have to wait till Monday to speak with Dr and find out what to do, all the while without my meds. I will never step a foot back in that store. Why would I be told they wouldn't be ready till 7 when she knew they closed at 7 and then they still never even tried to fill them that entire time until I arrived a few min early and then I'm sure lied to again. Shes saying I can do it on my screen and he kept saying he couldn't click on it never even trying the other screen. Laziness and rudeness is why. I didnt even want to give them 1 Starbucks i had to to write the review.

Pharmacy is out of control. These folks have lost touch with customer service. 45 minute wait in line at pharmacy, then told refill script was not filled, then another 15 wait to fill two very common scripts. This pharmacy has said two months in a row that they are 10 days behind on scripts(backlog). Corporate, read up on your reviews. If you think it's O.K. to have people spend one hour to pick up pills, then you all have lost all connection to reality. Where's the negative 5 stars rating?

Update on 8/29: In reference to the Reply (Rite Aid - Owner), which seems to have disappeared, I have already called the 800 number multiple times and vented my frustration at the poor CSR (nicely, I might add ... it is not their fault that this pharmacy or regional manager is incompetent). I have 3 "tickets" out. It was explained to me that they can't even contact the store or pharmacy manager because THERE IS NONE! They can only contact the Regional/Distrixt Manager and told me they would send him/her yet another message saying it was urgent and to please contact me, when all I want to know is have my prescriptions been filled and will the pharmacy be opened if I try and pick them up Monday evening before 8pm. I also left a message for the pharmacy staff before they opened this morning asking them to please call me back. Needless to say, I haven't heard back from anyone. To make it worse, there's no one even available to transfer my medication to a working, staffed pharmacy. To the Rite Aid (owner) in the reply below (probably an automated message), I have already called 3 times and have 3 tickets open. This is a horrible way to treat people/customers. I deeply regret ever having filled my prescription at this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. Disgusting. Just close this store already. You can never get anyone on the phone to see if your prescriptions are filled or if the pharmacy is even open. And then when I did l drive here in the middle of a Saturday, the pharmacy is closed because they don't have a pharmacist available. Yet when you call, there is no message that says the pharmacy is closed. I actually feel bad for the one lady working in there. The district manager needs to be fired and replaced asap. Or Rite Aid needs to just shut this location down altogether. Don't call yourself a pharmacy if you can't fill a prescription or don't have anyone who can give you your prescription.

Tried to call the pharmacy multiple times on multiple days for assistance with a prescription. They never answered the phone so I tried the store. Same thing occurred. Worst customer service ever

Lately the pharmacy has been an issue. Closing unexpectedly, waiting in line for and hour or more to pick up a prescription. Have always loved this store but now, not so much. Maybe one of the other drugstore's in town would be better. Filling scripts here on demand requiring long waits is just crazy.

Overall store selection could use a bit more variety. I was impressed how quickly they have filled a number of prescriptions.
