The service in this location has REALLY gone downhill. We got a Family Bundle Box for dinner. The gal stated the extra sandwich was in the box. I asked if the additional fries were in there as well. The answer was no...there were not ANY fries in the box. Glad I double checked.

A very slow , uncourteous staff, placed order in mobile and went to pickup. It was a small order but was waiting on the drive thru for almost 30 min. The food I got is spicy chicken, but the person packed the food is not considering to change the wrap due to the sauce was all over the cover and it was nasty to take the burger out of the cover. I did not even complained about the delay on delivering the food but he should be consider enough to say sorry/apology for the packing. Never going back here

I cannot make this up...I have sitting in thus drive thru for 22 minutes and I'm still not even at the window. The same SUV has been sitting there for the past 15 minutes and hasn't moved. If their order was that large then they should have asked them to park elsewhere and continued the line on but they literally have not moved so that tells me that there's something going on inside. This is not the 1st time that I've had to wait in this line for a long. But this is certainly the longest. I could have gone to another town and back again and been done by now. I understand times are tough right now, but this truly is unacceptable! I will absolutely not come back here for a very long time...please try to do better.

Went thru drive thru, they were not busy, first the girl taking the order couldn't get it right had to repeat 3 times, got to pick up window girl said pull ahead waiting for fries. Sat over 15 to 20 min watched others go thru line then another customer had to take order back in wasn't right. OMG.....my husband went in, they said oh were sorry gave us our meals along with 4 pies, husband asked if burgers were hot they said oh yeah,,,,,yeah right OMG everything was lukewarm. I'm done with this mcdonalds. Worse ever

Terrible. Our food was wrong as was just about everyone else's who was waiting. Even drive thru people were coming back with wrong items.. Took 20 mins to get two egg mcmuffins.

Came over here to use the restroom because the Sunoco across the street was so nasty. 🤢 I don't think this a lot better. No paper in stalls. Trash all over the floor. Trash cans full and overflowing. Why don't people take pride in their damn job anymore?

I despise going here. The line is always ridiculously long and the wait isn't any better. The customer service is non existent and majority of the time, the order comes back wrong.

Everyone at the drive thru was fast and friendly. My order was correct and restaurant was clean from what I could see, and I smelled cleaner. I will be returning to this location also recommended to all my friends/family. Great work everyone! Keep it up!

Worse mcdonalds I have ever been to by far. I have been waiting 25 minutes now for my food and there is no way possible to grab the ladies attention that is shouting out orders. You cannot order from the counter, she waits until there is a line waiting before she takes orders. It seems they may just be horribly short staffed

Clean, friendly staff great service. First one I've been to where they have boards where you can scan the app and place your order.
