Was to have a pickup on Sunday at my home. They got extremely busy and forgot until almost closing time. Patrick called and apologized stating they were very busy so he stayed after close and had a tech pick me up and Patrick finalized the contract. Thanks again Patrick!

I've been trying to call the local office all morning yet I remain on hold. We are talking about 15 min at a time. This is to inform them my car is dirty and I have a wedding to attend. Since I have no response guess I will wash it myself and give them a bill.

The vehicle was clean and the tank was full. The people that worked there was very helpful with getting me the size vehicle that I needed so that I could take our girls scouts to Hershey Park. So for that a big thank you.

Called the day before pick up and made reservation. Patrick picked me up at my house precisely at the agreed time. Car was a basic Malibu with over 50000 miles. Car performed as expected and Sunday drop off went without a hitch. The only issue I had was the cost was a little high. Will gladly use Enterprise the next time.

Such great customer service! There were a few hiccups but they were wonderful to work with. I have now rented a car multiple times from this location. When booking with Priceline or a similar app I rent from here even if it isn't always the cheapest. The staff is just spectacular. Friendly, professional, and will work with you if dates or times change . Just fantastic. I wish I could rate them higher than five stars. Good job staff! You're amazing!

I do not recommend renting from the Chambersburg location. The girl I was dealing with has absolutely no idea what she is doing. She was not very knowledgeable when explaining things which ended up costing me more money. They could all use more training. I was picked up super late than the quoted time and noticed there were already damages to the vehicle. Once we got to the location another lady who I feel was trying so hard to get me to pay out of pocket for even the slightest thing because my rental was covered through an insurance claim told me I would only be charged once for gas instead of daily was a lie. We then did a walk around on the vehicle I pointed out damages she said she would note them in the system and never did! I now have an open insurance claim on this rental that already had these damages. And she lied and said she doesn't remember saying this. When I asked for a complete summary they quoted me at putting over 7,000 miles on this rental in 23 day! When I told them there was no way possible I could put that many miles on the vehicle in that time, her response was "well it's unlimited miles anyway". That is not the point! Clearly they aren't documenting anything. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. I will be fighting this and once it's over I will never rent from them again. If you rent from them MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PICTURES YOURSELF AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING.

I couldn't have been happier with Enterprise. My car was not starting and I need a car to get to work and got a ride to Enterprise between 4:53 - 5:00. They close at 5. I'd never rented a car before and I was kinda in a urgent situation. The woman there got my id and payment info and within 5 minutes before they closed I had a awesome 2021 Nissan Versa and was extremely relieved. Thank you Enterprise!

McKenzie & Danielle are the absolute best people to deal with through this company at this location! They have the upmost respect, & are always so kind & nice. I have rented through them twice, once for a little longer than 3 months, & once again for about a week. No matter what, they always answer the phone w/ the most positive attitudes & are always ready to help! Matt, Is also another great person at this branch. I look forward to renting from them again in 2 days!
