Best transmission shop in Malvern, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Best Pep Boys location we have experienced. Employee Bill was great. He was awesome at communicating. We were expecting to need several things on our Chrysler 300 since it had 83k miles and ongoing tire pressure issues. We dropped our car off for inspection and oil change after ours. They called first thing in the morning and had all the work done by mid day (oil change, alignment, new tires, brakes and rotars.) Husband felt all these were warranted maintenance. Based on what the dealership charged us for inspection and something very minor last year, I think we got off cheaper here than the dealership. We've used them in the past also and have always had a good experience at this location. ~Christina
