Best cosmetics store in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania (PA) 2024

Employees are helpful and kind overall, normally they keep to themselves unless you look like you need help. The pharmacists are helpful and offer good insight to medications you may have or questions you need answered. Sometimes there are stock issues on some items, but I know that's not a store-specific problem and no employees are to blame. Overall, though, I've always been able to find what I need at CVS. ~Zoe

Kristina was amazing! She suggested a under eye mask while waxing which I will always ask for in the future because it is very relaxing. Great conversation and personality! She revived my quarantine brows into the year 2022 and they look as well put together as I wish my life would be. 10/10 recommend! Service: Waxing ~Jp

Why review a CVS? Because this one stands out as the only one in the Mechanicsburg area that opens 24 hours...well, before COVID hit. Still, with the pandemic in effect it opens for the longest hours from 7 am to 11 pm, 7 days a week! (Other locations typically open from 8 am to 9 pm during the week and 9 am to 5 pm during the weekend.) This is important if you want to run emergency errands or before your morning commute. It's an old location at the highly convenient though trafficked intersection between Market St and Sporting Hills Rd. The interior is rather cramped and not as spacious as the newer CVS'; however, it was renovated in the past 1-2 years. It now sports large LCD displays at end caps, a large waiting area for the Minute Clinic, and 2 self-checkout kiosks. I appreciate these modernizations and improvements, knowing what it used to be like. Service is hit or miss. It really depends on which cashier or which pharmacist you interact with. So far no stands-outs for me, good or bad. PS. At the time of this writing (1'22), there is Covid-19 vaccination but no PCR testing administered at this location. ~Fifty2weekhi
